Rendering and editing are free, every export format gets 5 free exports every 24 hours, and 8 themes are free. Pro exports without limits and adds extras: all themes and sketch tweaks, whole-reply export to Word / PowerPoint, more AI runs, more cloud diagrams and version history, ×4 ultra-HD, custom theme colors and batch export.
The free tier adds no watermark, needs no sign-up and gives you 5 exports every 24 hours in PNG, SVG, PDF, Word or PowerPoint — things that usually sit behind a subscription elsewhere.
Diagramate uses no image or video generation model: every diagram is drawn from your Mermaid code by the Mermaid renderer in your browser.

FAQ
- What does the free plan include?
- Pasting, rendering, editing, no watermark and no sign-in stay free. Every export format gets 5 free exports every 24 hours (since 2026-10-25; unlimited before that), and exporting with the 8 free themes needs no membership. Pro exports without limits; the other paid extras are Pro themes and sketch tweaks, AI runs, cloud capacity and version history, ×4 export, custom theme colors and batch export.
- How do I pay?
- Click Get Pro and you land on our own payment page, where Paddle opens the checkout — pay by card or PayPal. You return to the result page automatically and Pro starts right away; Paddle emails the receipt and is the name on your card statement.
- How do I cancel?
- Open the Cloud dialog in the editor, or your account page, and click Manage subscription. Cancelling stops every future charge, and Pro stays available until the period you already paid for ends.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes — 14 days from any charge, no questions asked, whether it is your first payment or a renewal, and it does not matter how much you used. Email the order number to support@diagramate.com and we refund to the original payment method.
