- Will the free plan start charging later?
- No. Pasting, rendering, every export format, no watermark and no sign-in are product red lines. Charges only apply to AI runs, cloud version history with unlimited diagrams and ×4 export.
- How do I pay?
- Clicking Get Lite opens Creem's checkout, which accepts international cards and more. After payment you are sent back and the plan is active immediately; Creem emails the receipt.
- How do I cancel?
- Open the Cloud dialog in the editor and click Manage subscription to reach the Creem customer portal. After cancelling, the plan stays active until the current period ends.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, see the refund policy: a full refund within 7 days of the first subscription charge if fewer than 20 AI runs were used; an unused credit pack can be refunded within 7 days.
