Refund Policy

Rules

• First Lite subscription: full refund within 7 days of payment if no more than 20 AI fix / tidy runs were used in the period.
• Lite renewals: full refund if requested within 48 hours of the charge. After 48 hours the charge is not refundable, but you can cancel future renewals at any time.
• AI credit pack: full refund within 7 days of payment if no credit was used; once used, it is not refundable.
• After a refund the benefits end immediately: Lite returns to Free, the AI credits from that payment are removed, and cloud diagrams and versions follow the Free rules (diagrams beyond 20 become read-only and are not deleted).

How to request

Send the order number (shown on the result page after checkout and in the Creem receipt email) to sawcer7@gmail.com, or start the request from the customer portal linked in the Creem receipt. We handle requests within 2 business days; Creem refunds to the original payment method, which typically takes 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

Cancelling

If you just want to stop renewing, open the Cloud dialog in the editor and click “Manage subscription” to cancel in the Creem customer portal. All Lite features stay available until the current period ends.
