Rules
- diagramate.com — 14 days, no questions asked. Every charge, whether it is a first purchase or an automatic renewal, can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of that charge. You do not need a reason, and how much of the plan you used does not matter. Statutory withdrawal rights in your own country apply on top of this and are never reduced by it.
- diagramate.cn — 7 days from the first purchase. Full refund within 7 days of your first Pro purchase if no more than 20 AI fix / tidy / edit runs were used in that period. Purchases here are fixed periods that never renew automatically, so there is no renewal charge to refund.
- AI credit pack (discontinued on 2026-09-12; applies only to purchases made before then): full refund within 7 days of payment if no credit was used; once used, it is not refundable.
- After a refund the benefits end immediately: Pro returns to Free, the AI credits from that payment are removed, and cloud diagrams and versions follow the Free rules (diagrams beyond the free limit become read-only and are not deleted).
How to request
Email the order number to support@diagramate.com and we handle it within 2 business days. The order number is on the result page after checkout, and in the order list in your account.
- diagramate.com: our payment provider refunds to the original payment method, which typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank. The receipt email you received after paying also links to a portal where you can raise the request directly.
- diagramate.cn (WeChat Pay / Alipay): we refund manually to the account you paid from — refunds to a wallet balance usually arrive immediately, refunds to a bank card typically take 1–3 business days.
About renewals
- On diagramate.cn you buy a fixed period (31 or 365 days). It does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: when it ends you return to the Free plan, and buying again adds the new period on top of whatever time is left.
- On diagramate.com it is a subscription and renews automatically at the end of every period until you cancel. To stop renewing, open your account or the Cloud dialog in the editor and click “Manage subscription”. Cancelling stops all future charges; all Pro features stay available until the period you already paid for ends.
